Events and Conference Specialist

Full responsibility for managing conference and event planning
- Manage venues, organizers, and groups to boost brand visibility

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve the event's goals and marketing strategies
- Oversee event projects from beginning to end, including planning to understand objectives, event order development, venue selection, registration and participant preparation.
- Key pathway creation to ensure that roles and deadlines are well defined to stakeholders
- After the event recap, including budget reconciliation, evaluation, and reporting.
- Responsible for working with marketing and event planners to create event materials and guaranteeing they follow branding guidelines.
- Arrange all necessary travel arrangements (such as flights, transfers, and lodging) for the team.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 3-5+ Years proven experience managing, organising and logistics of congresses and events
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing or Event Management
- Excited by 15-20% chance of travel in the position
- Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Analytical, innovative, and tactical thinker to align marketing communications expertise with business objectives
