What does the job look like?

As a result of an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join our team on an 18 month fixed term contract. Our HR team partners with our Operations and Senior Leadership Team to accelerate our business growth, embed our Together, Stronger culture, build capability, and shape a work environment where our people can perform at their best.

No two days are the same in our business, and the role requires agility, resilience, flexibility, pragmatism, customer focus, and a strong work ethic. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partnering, the role includes:

- Support leaders across the full employee lifecycle including; recruitment, remuneration, onboarding, complaints and investigations, workforce planning and performance
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to build and implement HR solutions in line with the business strategy, including a key focus on diversity and inclusion
- Provide strategic advice to your stakeholders to drive organisational initiatives and change
- Partner with leaders to deliver talent management activities including succession, retention and development
- In collaboration with leaders, manage employee engagement activities with your stakeholders, including culture initiatives, recognition programs, pulse checks and action planning as a result
- Report on progress against actions plans and targets

- Data-driven decision making, using various sources of information to identify trends potential impacts, and making recommendations
- The ability to support, coach and develop others
- Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources or a related discipline will be essential
- Previous experience within a supply chain and logistics environment will be highly regarded
- Prior experience using SAP, PageUp, and Success Factors will be advantageous
