What does the job look like?

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing the best logistics professionals for our operational supply chain and transport roles from management positions to front-line heavy vehicle drivers. Your extensive knowledge of the logistics industry will be invaluable as you partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture to fuel our growth. Key areas:

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, guidance and market intelligence to drive informed recruitment decisions
- Partner with hiring managers to uncover their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition

- Previous experience in talent acquisition, specifically in operational supply chain and transport
- Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.
