SPC wholly owned portfolio businesses The Good Meal Company (GMC) and The Kuisine Company (TKC) are both market leading manufacturers of ready-made meals that service a wide range of customers, in particular a focus on health settings like hospitals and for those with NDIS Plans and Home Care Packages. SPC/GMC/TKC are committed to providing quality products to the health sector as established long term partners striving to exceed our clients & consumers expectations.
The newly formed SPC Care team are responsible for GMC & TKC company portfolio of products as well as the expanding PROVITAL® range (Functional foods). In conjunction with local distributors, SPC Care aims to be the market leading partner to the Hospital (Public/Private) & Government sectors for their food and beverage needs.
**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and capable National Business Manager (Homecare and NDIS) to join our Commercial Sales team. Reporting to the Chief Executive, SPC Care and Food Solutions the role of the National Business Manager is to be responsible for SPC’s commitment to building a marketing leading healthcare division. To provide a meaningful solution to the nutritional deficiencies identified from the Aged Care Royal Commission and to equip people to maintain health, independence & wellbeing.
**The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to**:
- Business Development: Sales generation for Home Care Package Providers and NDIS Participants. Servicing their existing and new members (i.e., frozen meals for home delivery).
- Sales Channel: GMC Call Centre (6 FTE) working in-conjunction with Head of Digital (GMC Ecom).
- Key Account Management: Lead sales to adjacent home meal delivery services.
- NDIS Compliance: Key point of contact for all regulatory adherence on behalf of GMC Directors.
- Industry ambassador: Act as our champion to improve nutritional conditions of society’s most vulnerable.
This role is an important member of the SPC Care SLT and reports directly to the CEO - routinely partnering cross functionally with Marketing and R&D on NPD.
- Tertiary Qualification: Sales & Marketing (Highly desirable)
- Successful record of accomplishment in a comparable Sales leadership role (Healthcare or Food Service)
- Comprehensive working understanding of Aged Care, NDIS and Allied Health.
- Understanding of Audit and compliance requirements (relating to Aged Care & NDIS).
- Current NDIS worker screening (applied to all states and territory's).
- Completed NDIS code of conduct and approved infectious diseases.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
