What does the job look like?

We are searching for an energetic, capable, and high-performing People Leader to play a critical role in shaping the future of our proud, iconic Australian brand. Our Organisational Design team helps shape the ‘enterprise’ wide programs and systems which underpins our business growth, embeds our Together, Stronger culture, builds capability and enables a positive work environment where our people can perform at their best.

You will share our passion for the fast-paced and dynamic supply chain industry and be energised by working as part of a high-performing and supportive team. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Organisational Design, the role is accountable for:

- Partnering with our Business Units/Support Functions to identify the critical ‘future focussed’ capabilities, skills and experience (required of our leaders and team members) that will underpin our growth
- Strengthening our Together, Stronger culture, integrating high-performance principles, and shaping the future of our business through the intentional design of initiatives to support our growth
- Optimising our ‘talent engine’ to ensure our performance, development, recruitment and succession foundations are delivering the talent required to support our growth
- Shaping our inclusive, safe and diverse work environment through the implementation of our Linfox Diversity and Inclusion Work Plan
- Partnering with our Talent and HR Business Partnering team to design and deliver a positive ‘people experience’ for our 10,000 plus team members across Australia and New Zealand
- Oversee the design and implementation of contemporary capability and leadership development programs which support our commitment to ‘grow our own talent’
- Identifying practical and innovative solutions to further strengthen our engagement and retention practices

- Proven experience in delivering transformational change, encompassing stakeholder engagement and the design and implementation of cultural change programs that have delivered business benefit
- Extensive experience in the design and delivery of practical, operationally focused interventions that build capability, strengthen culture and support the alignment of our workforce to our purpose, vision and strategy
- Strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to support managing change and delivering a high-performance culture
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives with the ability to energise, inspire and hold team members to account to deliver on agreed delivery plans
- Highly proficient in the use of technology for analysis, interpretation, and reporting purposes, with experience in MS Office Suite, HRIS (Success Factors) or similar and reporting tools
- Post Graduate qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources or equivalent is desirable
