What does the job look like?

As the Finance Partner
- Corporate, reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance, you will support the Analytics Design Information Technology (ADIT) team and be accountable for areas such as accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business case evaluation and process improvement. Key areas:

- Providing appropriate financial and commercial business advice to CIO and ADIT Leadership team.
- Managing monthly ADIT Project Resource Recharges to the Business Customers.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting processes, as well as maintaining the relevant asset registers within the business.
- Ensuring that complete balance sheet reconciliations are carried out within the corporate accounting timeframes, and that issues arising from the reconciliations are closed out each month.
- Preparing, posting and reviewing accruals, provisions, reallocations and other journals each accounting period as required.

Are you the one?

You are a finance professional with a positive, can-do attitude, ability to work in a team, achievement oriented, well disciplined, task focused and a strong environment sense of timeliness. You can demonstrate:

- Previous experience as IT Business Partner / Management Accountant from the logistics sector or any highly transactional is desirable
- Advanced understanding of financial analysis, key drivers and proven ability to provide a summarised story from high volume data
- Experience with business process re-engineering and initiating change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with peers and senior management
- Ability to think laterally to resolve issues and identify potential process / procedural improvements
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills and SAP knowledge in Finance, Controlling, Purchasing and Project System
- CA/CPA qualification
