**The Role**

We have an excellent opportunity available for an administrator to join the payroll team in Bella Vista on a casual basis. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Officer, you will be part of a close-knit payroll team working together with payroll team. You will be required to work 20 - 30 hours per week across 5 days (Monday-Friday) with the opportunity to work some hours from home after training.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Entering and approving worked hours into our electronic timesheet system.
- Supporting and assisting team with admin support in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll data within electronic systems.
- Maintaining good working relationships with relevant departments such as rostering and operational teams.

University students and those looking to gain experience in administration and payroll are welcome to apply.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Data entry and Administration skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness to get a new Police Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination (minimum 2 doses)

**Remuneration**

**$32.73 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super + NFP Salary Packaging + Meals & Entertainment card.**
