Office Administrator/receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our disability care company. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the healthcare and disability services industry. No prior experience is required; we will provide the necessary training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Support:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Data Entry and Filing:
- Accurately input data into electronic records and spreadsheets.
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
4. Client Assistance:
- Assist clients with basic inquiries and provide information on our services.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
5. Office Supplies and Inventory:
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Keep track of inventory for common office items.
6. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Assist with the distribution of internal and external communications.
