**The Company**

With a history over 30 years, the organisation supports their members in the Electrical Wholesale industry. This is a key support role providing assistance to the General Manager, Finance, members and suppliers. They are currently pushing more into the Digital Marketing space and this is an exciting time in the organisation.

There is a helpful and friendly culture in the small team. There has been good stability and security throughout the challenges of Covid and the levels of growth look strong in the coming years. You’ll be working alongside team members who know the software and processes well and will be providing ongoing training and support. For this newly created position.

**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, your tasks and duties will include:

- Track and report on monthly data against due dates, ensuring reports are received to deadlines and feedback to customers
- Exporting final data from the system and populate Excel reports as necessary
- Use Focus reporting and Excel spreadsheet system to process sales figures reports and ensure all sensitive data is kept confidential.
- Problem solving data issues and discrepancies

**About You**
- To be successful in this role you will need:_
- Strong verbal and numerical skills
- To be comfortable working with large amounts of data - manipulating through Excel and learning custom software (training provided and superusers in the office)
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- A helpful, “can do” attitude.
- Great attention to detail and intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
