TSA is an Australian-owned business, specializing in helping companies acquire, retain and grow their customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest and most recognisable brands, across eight locations in Australia and internationally.

TSA Group are on the hunt for Business Specialists to join our Australia Post team at our Docklands office Australia Post is one of Australia’s most well-known postal services with small businesses accounting for approximately two thirds of their customer base.

As an Australia Post Business Specialist you will contact and re-engage with long-term business clients. You will be contacting these customers to understand how we can retain their business and provide them with solutions that are tailored to their business’ needs. We want to show them some love, and genuinely identify their needs, later referring them through to the sales team.

**Joining the team means;**
- ** Acting as a brand ambassador**: You will be promoting and selling Australia Post Business products and services
- ** Putting your multi-tasking skills to the test**: You will navigate through multiple systems while talking to customers
- ** Being confident and resilient**: You will engage with a diverse customer base with a wide range of enquiries

**Tell me more;**
- Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm rotating roster)
- Training: 5-7 days in office
