The Inside Sales is typically assigned to a geographic territory and is responsible for establishing a strong rapport and relationship with internal account teams and both existing and potential customers.
**- Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a vital part of each sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.- Prospecting for new business by cold calling and generating new leads.
- Qualifying all existing leads in Salesforce and all the lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Manager that may be generated from sales, trade shows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
- Schedule, coordinate and promote demo webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance objectives for your assigned territory.

- Proactively utilize strong problemsolving skills to deliver customerfocused solutions.
- Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures and proactively continue to understand products & solutions.
- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services.
- Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction.

Basic Requirements:
Education and Qualifications
- Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars
- Preferred Salesforce CRM and Outreach tool experience
- Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties
- Proven sales achievement in a remote selling environment a PLUS
- Experience developing collaborative relationships
Experience
- One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization

Other Requirements
