**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Manager, you will be overseeing a portfolio of sites across Victoria on behalf of our prestigious telecommunications client. The portfolio consists of a wide array of Commercial, Retail and Depot locations. Your key focus will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional facilities and client services whilst providing a positive experience for the customer.

**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are met

Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures under Senior Workplace Manager guidance

Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the designated portfolio

Be a proactive and visible client representative within client locations and be a familiar face for stakeholders

Undertake and manage client site inspections according to JLL requirements which may include travel

Be available for unforeseen and planned after hours call out/emergencies

Conduct workplace inspections and instigate work orders, ensure site operational lists are maintained

Proactively promote and comply with JLL and clients workplace safety and security policies and procedures as specified

Property Management and client service industry experience is advantageous
