**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace & Procurement Enablement, you will a key member of AustralianSuper’s Workplace & Procurement team and is responsible for driving efficiencies and continually optimising workplace and procurement management systems, processes, and data.

The role will support the Workplace and Strategic Sourcing teams to improve on workplace and contract management systems and establish standards and supporting processes, guides and tools to ensure workplace management and sourcing activities are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to;
- Coordinate and manage the use of Fund’s central procurement contract management system, GRC, including ensuring appropriate data capture and data accuracy/currency and completeness to support management of contract expiries, renewals/extensions and category management by the Strategic Sourcing team.
- Provide advice to assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the workplace and procurement technology strategy and systems.
- Implement, manage and monitor compliance to the Procurement Standards and supporting procedures, processes, process maps, guides, tools and templates.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to discuss requirements, projects and initiatives to inform how Procurement can support and add value with the view of developing a pipeline of activity and priorities to action.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities internally to help improve Member value.
- Help train and enable the learning of other Workplace & Procurement team members.

**What you’ll need**
- 10+ years’ experience in a combination of commercial as well as management and/or strategy roles.
- Experience in developing solutions through the use of the Microsoft Power Apps suite.
- Experience in creating reports through Microsoft PowerBI, using a variety of data sources.
- Excellent understanding of and experience in Source to Contract (S2C) tools, systems and processes.
- Good understanding of and experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) systems and processes.
- Successful management of complex projects and to manage competing deadlines within tight timeframes.
- Basic understanding of contract law.
- Regulated industry experience (ideally in financial services and/or superannuation industry).
- Category management experience in Superannuation Services e.g. Investments, Valuations, Transactions, Custodian Services, Insurance, Research, Data Exchanges, Trading etc
