We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the People and Safety Department as the Manager Workplace Relations and Safety.

All workplace relations matters, operationally and strategically, including the Monash City Council Enterprise Agreement and employee relations matters;
Organisational wide processes, systems and programs to ensure the Monash City Council can achieve its safety commitments and legislative obligations.

**About you**:
Significant experience in leading workplace relations expertise and hands on experience managing and leading an Enterprise Agreement end-to-end

Experience overseeing and managing hands on complex employee and industrial relations matters

Demonstrated experience managing a high-risk portfolio

An ability to effectively influence outcomes that reflect the best interests of the organisation

An ability to thrive in a fast paced and complex work environment

Local government knowledge and experience is highly advantageous
