At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
As we embark on an exciting new chapter of growth, we need you to join us as Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications. In this role, you'll support the transformation of WIC to achieve its vision of delivering alternative dispute resolution service excellence for workplace injuries by enabling the organisation to set and achieve its strategic agenda.
Harnessing your expertise you will ensure the development and delivery of a multi-channel stakeholder program which establishes and enhances external and internal stakeholder engagement and communications practices aligned to our strategic goals.
Leveraging your highly developed communication & interpersonal skills, you will provide strategic advice to the Executive Leadership team on matters relating to stakeholder engagement and communications.
You will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help us turn our proud legacy into a bright future.

**Who we're looking for**:
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Prior experience creating, delivering and evaluating a communications framework leveraging best practice methodologies and disciplines.
- Deep experience in developing and implementing evidence based, integrated communications and stakeholder engagement strategies using a multichannel approach internally and externally.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated record of achieving stakeholder needs across core disciplines including communications, media relations, government relations, promotion, brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Pro-actively contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organisational boundaries, promoting change and building commitment of others to adopt new ways.
