**About the Opportunity**:
Located at our our brand new Head Office in South Yarra, we have an exciting opportunity available for a customer focused and professional administration whiz with an initiative and passion to join our facilities management team.
**Some Key Responsibilities will include**:
Collate, coordinate, manage and action incoming requests (requisitions) from client base
Liaise with clients and service providers to ensure timely actioning and completion of all requests or services
- Liaising with customers and clients
- Data entry
- Administrative tasks
**About you**:
- Knowledge of business and administration practices
- Ability to understand simple reports and identifying actionable items
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in business writing and verbal communication skills using correct grammar
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Strong customer focus
- Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships and rapport across a diverse client base
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- A high degree of initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Pleasant, tactful and approachable personality
- Knowledge and understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment
- Ability to foster teamwork
