This is an opportunity to work as part of the Knockdown Rebuild team and manage a portfolio of high value projects in order to deliver the dream of home ownership.

You will provide a first-class customer experience by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction journey from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
- Ensuring contracts are delivered in designated timelines
- Delivering jobs to site on time
- Supporting the coordination of jobs and workflow between sales acceptance and construction
- Communicating with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process
