**The Position**

In the role of Office Manager/EA, your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the Director and his team.
- Preparing property marketing, including signboards, brochures, online & newsprint property presence
- Booking photo shoots, day-to-day appointments, and styling work
- Preparing agency agreements & pre-listing kits
- Attend to general office management duties

**The Person**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a EA Role or Sales Administration role is a must
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, systems-oriented with an eye for detail
- Great people skills and first-class customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
