This Government Department is looking for multiple complaints management officers to join their team.

**Your new company**

This Government Department are responsible for providing disability-based services to the community and are looking for multiple Complaints Handling Officers for their CBD Office.

**Your new role**

The Complaints Handling Officer will provide assistance to the public in the receipt and management of complaints and concerns. This will include assessing complaints, escalation of complex cases, contributing to complaint handling activities, preparing documentation along with providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience working in a complaints handling role
- Exceptional Customer Service skills across multiple communication channels
- The ability to communicate with empathy and deescalate callers.
- Attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team-based role
