**Your new company**

This Federal Government department is responsible for providing services to the public and is looking for a Complaints Officer based in Adelaide CBD.

**Your new role**

You will communicate effectively over the phone, in person and in writing with members of the public and agencies. You will communicate with a diverse range of people whilst having challenging conversations to resolve complaints using appropriate outcomes. You will identify and escalate sensitive and urgent complaints accordingly. You will identify appropriate referral pathways for enquiries and complaints whilst representing the Office with professionalism.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, including people living with disability or CALD.- Resilience and adaptability- The ability to de-escalate challenging conversations whilst resolving complaints-
- Previous administration or customer service experience is highly desired

Please note: in order to be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. You will also be required to undertake a National Police Clearance.
