Complaints Resolution Specialist

The Assessment Officer is a key member of the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and undertaking complaint receipt, assessment, and resolution functions.
Key responsibilities include providing expert advice, assistance, and information to consumers, clients, and health services in relation to complaints under the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004.
The role requires the ability to identify and analyse complex complaints, coordinate preliminary inquiries, and negotiate and facilitate processes with all parties involved.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

- Proven experience in complaint handling or a related field
