Cromwell Property Group is seeking an Investor Services Administrator to provide investor services and administrative support to Cromwell’s investors and advisors. We’re looking for someone who is organised and proactive in their work, taking pride in delivering accurate and timely outcomes. You are committed to strong teamwork ethics and have experience in managing transaction processing, client communication, and general administration tasks.
It is desirable if you have a sound understanding of the AML-CTF and FATCA-CRS, along with experience in investor identification and onboarding requirements. This role is ideal for someone with experience in processing deceased estates and managing client relationships. Experience within an advisor group or stockbroking group will be highly regarded.
About the Role
The Investor Services Administrator is a vital member of our Funds Management Team. Reporting to the National Manager - Funds Management Operations, this permanent full-time position provides comprehensive administrative support to our collaborative team.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, keeping you engaged with diverse tasks and topics. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises knowledge sharing, allowing you to gain insights beyond your specific duties and continuously expand your expertise.
Some key areas of the role will include:
- Reporting and Statements: Oversee the production and distribution of client statements, review monthly reports, and ensure accurate data updates on the website.- Invoice and Issue Management: Review third-party invoices for accuracy, log and reconcile client/third-party issues, and manage day-to-day processing and registry issues.- General Administration: Support the Funds Management Team with administrative tasks, archive documents, review TFN registry holdings, and assist with ongoing process reviews.
