We have an exciting opportunity to join Gallagher as a Client Services Officer providing customer service and administrative support to both internal and external clients. You will be working with a collaborative supporting team within an organisation who truly values our people.

**About the Role**:
This opportunity represents an exciting opening within our Personal Advice team. As a Client Service Officer you will work collaboratively with our Client Services team to provide a high level of service and support to the Adviser team and their clients. You will be fundamental in providing an ongoing service to a portfolio of clients, and assisting our Advisers with the implementation of new business.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage client workflow and queries, responding in a timely manner to deliver value and service
- Establish and maintain strong client and key stakeholder partnerships
- Assist advisers with data collection and information gathering as required
- Adhere to all processes and procedures
- Document and maintain client records in accordance with compliance obligations, and provide administrative assistance where required
- Prepare client paperwork and reports with a high level of accuracy
- Actively manage the FDS and Fee Consent process with clients
- New Business Implementation
- Claims Management
- Management of Annual Review process
- Participate in ad-hoc project work as required

**Experience and Skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years industry or similar business administration experience
- Experience in a financial planning practice will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro
- Client service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
