**We are looking for an experienced procurement coordinator or purchasing officer to join a busy western Sydney joinery company.**

Specialising in commercial | office fit outs and very busy, someone is needed to hit the ground running.

**About the company.**
- This is a western Sydney based joinery company
- Custom architectural and detailed joinery.
- Work on projects based within Sydney metro, Greater Sydney and interstate.

**About the role.**
As an Procurement / purchasing officer, you will become a vital part of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and supporting the ordering, receiving and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate the work schedules to factory staff and installers.
- Prepare proposals, including drawings, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
- Keep track of completed projects and ensure compliance.
- Maintain client relationships, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders.
- Addressing client enquires. Maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Contract administration, such as generating POs, invoicing, procurement, documentation, etc.
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

**Salary - from 75k + super (based on experience)**

**About you.**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a construction related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the joinery industry.
- Local Australian experience is essential
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft office, Excel, etc.
- Ability to achieve results on time and on schedule.
