Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Talent Focus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to source and procure high-quality products and services, while maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating prices, and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and meet business needs, ensuring seamless communication throughout the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contact information.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a production environment.
  • Purchasing qualification would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annumBenefits:
