Talent Focus is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in purchasing, stock control and profiling or MRP in a production environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining required stock levels, communicating issues around availability of product, interacting with colleagues, suppliers and external sales teams in relation to product availability, and scheduling inbound deliveries from supply partners.

This role also involves developing relationships with suppliers through phone contact and supplier meetings, liaising with customers and suppliers, building strong rapport with key stakeholders, and responding promptly and effectively when problems arise.

Requirements for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication skills, time management and organisation, and the ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
