**The opportunity**

We are looking for a solution driven Procurement Coordinator with an extensive knowledge in purchasing systems to drive exceptional service and continuous process improvement.

Based in our Belrose operations in NSW, you will effectively be involved in all aspects of purchases, efficiently executing purchase orders, and ensuring that suppliers commit to the supply of the goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review weekly out of stocks & supplier back-order reports. Publish to relevant stakeholders, expedite orders where necessary to mitigate out of stocks.
- Manage SAP exceptions - expedite & de-expedite messages.
- Develop contract spend reports, including monthly Purchasing spend reports.
- Consolidate purchase requisitions & create PO’s per the purchasing policy.
- PO confirmation of product codes, availability dates, volumes, and pricing. Manage ETAs in SAP and communicate with customer service. Manage supplier issues, communicate with planners.
- Ensure pricing is updated in SAP purchasing info records.
- Action receiving issues and processing RTV’s when required.

**Experience required**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement
- Strong proficiency in Tier 1 ERP systems, particularly SAP/HANA
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
- Ownership mindset and a can-do attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
