**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the IT recruitment division, providing guidance and support to a team of recruiters
- Drive growth and expansion of the division, identifying new business opportunities and working with the team to convert leads into clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop a deep understanding of the IT recruitment market and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support divisional growth
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on divisional performance, including financial targets, KPIs, and client feedback
- Ensure the division operates in compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and recruitment legislation

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in IT recruitment
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience leading recuiters
- Proven business development skills, with experience identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
- In-depth knowledge of the IT recruitment market, including current trends and developments
