The Divisional Portfolio Manager will provide strategic leadership for the Office Asset Management and Property Management teams across Western Australia and Victoria portfolio. You are responsible for developing and delivering project investment strategies that align with fund, joint venture, or third-party objectives. You are accountable for asset and portfolio performance.

How you will make an impact- Participate as a member of the Office Leadership Team, in setting and delivery of strategy for the sector.- Manage a team of 5-7 across Western Australian and Victoria.- Motivate and inspire your team to unlock and build productive potential.- Deliver high quality customer service, both internally and externally.- Continue to develop strong property presence in market and grow extensive network across the property industry.- Prepare and execute leasing strategies, achieving above market leasing outcomes for your portfolio.- Prepare and deliver annual property-level asset plans, operating budgets, and monthly reforecasts.- Support with prospective acquisition and divestment of office assets.- Partner closely with Funds team to deliver strategic investor presentations and asset updates.

About You- Extensive experience and knowledge across the property sector & office property management.- Excellent leadership skills with ability to develop high-functioning team.- Hold a natural ambition, confidence, and influence.- Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills.- Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.- Possess a property brand, credibility, and presence.- Leadership experience with people management.- Ability to drive operational excellence, identifying gaps and developing solutions for continuous improvement.- Tertiary degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate is highly regarded.
