**The Opportunity**:
This role will see you kickstart your career assisting with the support and administration of a busy team of dedicated Project Managers. The role is varied and will rely on not only your strong Word and PowerPoint skills but also your ability to build relationships and collaborate with a positive and upbeat approach to your work.
- Coordination of meetings, training and events
- Booking of domestic travel and managing expenses and reconciling credit card statements
- General administrative assistance to your team in all aspects of day to day operations
- Working within the MS Suite and Adobe Creative (InDesign) to assist in the creation of submissions and tenders, presentations and other messaging materials and templates

You could be a recent graduate looking for the opportunity to develop your career in the project management industry OR recently qualified in an administration discipline and be looking for a role that may put you on the path to being an Executive Assistant role in the future OR recently qualified in marketing and be looking to develop a career in submissions/bid management.this role will open many career opportunities to you
- Recent Cert/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline highly regarded
- Confident user of MS Office and an exposure to InDesign will be a plus (no InDesign? - full training will be provided)
- System savvy - full training on all our systems and MS teams provided
- Fast learner who is proactive, self-motivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to the team. As the nature of our work is constantly evolving we need people who thrive on change and can adapt
- ‘Creative eye’ and takes pleasure in working closely with your team in producing ‘winning submission’ documents where we try and win new work (training in InDesign will be provided
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and organisation skills, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
