About the role
- We are looking to employ an Office Manager who will be responsible for a range of duties.- Client liaison and support.
- Issuing monthly invoices for both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Fielding calls from both clients and potential clients.
- Co-coordinating staff leave.
- Managing contractors that support our business eg IT, Software, Landlord, Insurance, Utilities, Cleaners and Banking.
- Staff welfare
- Staff communication and coordination

Key Selection Criteria: (Please address all the selection criteria below)

Essential:

- Strong communication (including written) and interpersonal skills
- Solid level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organised and time management skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative

Highly Desirable:

- Experience working within a not-for-profit arts or cultural organisation
- Financial administration and accounting software experience
- Experience in HR systems, e.g. Contracts, Workcover, Superannuation, PAYG Tax
- Experience with databases
