**The Company**:
Focuses on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, fire protection and multi-services installations.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the management of the Billings function of the Finance Department and ensure both internal and external Customers needs are met.

**Training in responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that sales are progressively invoiced throughout the month
- Ensuring work in progress is monitored and minimised
- Preparation of reports in a timely manner
- Maintenance of Financial Systems and assisting with the day to administration function within the Finance Department
- Entering supplier invoices for approval
- Accurate timely billings on Contracts, Casuals, Quotes, Comprehensive, Warranty and Field Quote works
- When required, assist in the management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
