Primary Responsibilities:
- Field front line calls from customers and technicians, open calls and direct to the appropriate responsible person
- Provide backup support and conduct duties of PMP Coordinator and Dispatch Coordinator as required
- Compile technician estimates, maintain Estimate Register and ensure accuracy before sending to customers, including ordering parts
- Collate all Warranty claims requiring processing for the business and send to Head Office for submission
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are maintained in line with maintenance schedules including new vehicle deliveries, service bookings, and disposal. Ensure inspections are conducted and logged
- Training coordination and technician inductions
- Collate toolbox documentation and distribute minutes following meetings
- Complete and submit SMV startup registrations
- Provide backend support for Service Manager and Call Centre staff as required
- Maintain various registers
About You:
- Certificate II and III Business Administration would be an advantage
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
- Team player
- General office and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
