**Responsibilities Include**:
- **Front Desk**: Handle incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism, welcoming visitors and assisting with onsite invoicing and card payments. Provide essential administrative support to team members, ensuring smooth office operations.
- **Logistics Services Coordination**: Manage incoming calls, orders, and entries into the ERP system, while overseeing collection appointments. Proactively communicate with customers to notify them of any missed store visits and maintain the accuracy of our database. Assist in capturing weights for exporting agents and categorize receivables for invoicing. Coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) export container arrangements and track vehicle locations in real-time to ensure seamless logistics operations.
