The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a Site Administrator, this is a split role between administration and billing based in Welshpool 6106.
 

This role is a key role in supporting the Welshpool liquid hazards team, assisting to deliver exceptional service to our customers and clients.
 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, non-FIFO role with a good work-life balance, this role is full time on site.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Support Operations Supervisor to have all data entered for invoicing and reporting
  • Handling data entry and billing for incoming trucks at the disposal site
  • Utilising various software programs to manage data and billing information
  • Raising purchase orders in SAP
  • Performing general administrative tasks; scanning and filing paperwork
  • Entering employee hours into the KRONOS system for payroll
  • Entering daily vehicle reports in the vehicle management system
     

What you'll need to be successful

  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Reliability and a willingness to learn 
  • Sound skills in building relationships
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
