- A key member of the AIR6500 Program Team, the Program Administration Coordinator will provide administrative support to program staff across Australia and the US and EA support to AIR6500 senior leadership team.

**About you**:

- You have solid experience in general administration or PA / EA support, and are a hghly organised and motivated team player who is skilled in relationship building and establishing work practices in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are someone who is confident and proactive in their approach to work and able to anticipate the needs of the leads you support.
