Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking bright and energised **Project Administrators** to join our inspired team. In this role, you will contribute to the critical outcomes of the Australian Defence Force by delivering complex, state-of-the-art programs designed to keep Australia safe.

You will assist an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions.

The** Project Administrator **can look forward to the following essential elements in this exciting role:

- Assist the PMO Manager in the day to day running of the Project. Such as: Project Budgets/Schedules/Documentation
- Schedule stakeholder meetings/documents and reporting
- Foster cross team collaboration to help the project complete tasks and produce deliverables
- Support Project procurement process A liaison between the Project Teams and PMO

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Project Coordination/Administration qualifications
- Experience in supporting software projects development and operations
- Strong Organisation skills is essential
- Experience in generating project and financial reports
- Experience in Project Scheduling
- Experience in facilitating stakeholder meetings/workshops
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Excellent analytical skills are essential
- Structured thinking is essential
- Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable
