**About the role**
As part of this position, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing general office administration and accounting tasks. This opportunity has arisen due to internal growth, and they are specifically looking for someone who not only aligns with the organizational culture but also possesses valuable experience in the administration and/or accounts field.
- This role will be a maximum of 25 hours per week, across 2-5 days (depending on your preference). Start time would be ideally 7am, however our client is quite flexible._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing NZ orders and payments
- Processing supplier invoices and reconciling.
- Cash/credit collections
- Organizing schedules and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Providing administrative support: Assist staff members with various administrative tasks, offering support in areas such as filing, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
