**What you'll be doing**
- Managing both new and existing client relationships.
- Developing strategies, plan, and report on digital projects, both new and ongoing.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Handling the technical queries of clients in projects.
- Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicating client needs and demands to employer company.
- Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.
- Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Utilise analytics to drive campaign effectiveness and deliver strategic insights.
- Collaborate closely with both internal team members and external partners to craft seamless digital experiences.

**You'll need to...**
- In-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.
- Proven experience in digital marketing industry.
- Background in account management or comprehensive project management.
- Have the technical understanding of SEO (strategy, on/off-page): track/analyze SEO performance, lead/implement technical SEO audits, research/take initiatives on new SEO practices.
- Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile optimisation, pretty good with WordPress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto & okay with coding languages (CSS, PHP. HTML).
- Have understanding of other digital marketing specialities eg SEM, CRO, CRM and digital advertising
- Be a great communicator ie excellent spoken/written English
- Be well-organised ie able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, make quick decisions and set priorities.
- Have the ability to juggle among multiple accounts.
- Account Management experience in digital agency is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
