**Sales Executive - fixed-term until August 202- Join Cartology at exciting times of major growth

  • Fixedterm role until August 2024, based in Melbourne

About the role


In the Sales Executive role, you will support the Agency Sales team to achieve their revenue targets by providing administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings and/or presentations, and other ad hoc duties as required.


In this position, you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, making sure information is correctly stored and recorded appropriately on internal platforms and systems.


Key accountabilities:

  • Type, collate and source information for all correspondence and requests from the Sales team.
  • Conduct lead generation and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure briefs are kept up to date regularly for forecasting purposes.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of all inventory and products.
  • Campaign assistance; e.g. scheduling, postcampaign reporting, among other related responsibilities.
  • Proof of posting requests and delivery.
  • Check competitive inventory where required.
  • Develop highend proposals and other sales documents.
  • Open, honest and respectful communication style with internal and external stakeholders alike.
  • General administrative support as required by the team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Group Sales Manager.

About You
To succeed in this position, you'll need to demonstrate:

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Photoshop skills.
  • Intermediate level of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good customer service skills.

Desirable criteria:

  • An understanding of the retail media environment.
  • Prior experience in other media offerings.
