**The Department**

Monash School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine is a teaching and research unit of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences and is located at the Alfred Hospital Campus. The Clinical Outcomes Data Reporting and Research Program (CORRP) manages several clinical registries, including the Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry (APFPR) and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Retinal Specialists Retinal Surgery Registry, in addition to providing expert support to internal and external researchers, clinicians and organisations either running, or interested in establishing, a clinical quality registry and implementing patient reported outcome measures.

**The Role**

The Project Officer(s) will provide administrative, technical, and project assistance to support the operations of the APFPR and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Retinal Specialists Retinal Surgery Registry. In this role you will assist the project teams in a range of administrative and project activities. In addition, you will liaise with partner organisations, stakeholders, and collaborators and provide support across all meetings and project related discussions as required. One role will also involves coordinating with a New Zealand based team working in collaboration with the APFPR.

- Demonstrated project administration skills with the ability to support research projects in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality, privacy and information handling principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with a range of individuals and groups, including liaising with external stakeholders and undertaking site-based training with external stakeholders.
- The ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as independently with limited supervision.
- A high level of computer literacy, including demonstrated experience in learning and adopting new software packages as required.
