**About the Role**:
Established for over 20 years, our client is Australia’s leading supplier of envelope manufacturing with a strong operational presence across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic National Sales Manager to join their supportive and dynamic team. This varied role will see you focus on strategic partnerships for leading brands and businesses, manage a small sales team, oversee and develop profitability of products and services.

**Duties**:
- Execute B2B sales strategies and continued sales growth to meet budgets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients
- Provide sales leadership and support to a small sales team with tenders, quotations and territory management activities
- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and target markets
- Communicate value proposition to clients and the broader market
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure relationships are maintained and even workflow achieved
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally a background in manufacturing, printing, packaging or paper related markets
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Leadership experience and looking to take the next step in your career
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Sounds computer literacy
- Confident negotiation and problem solving skills
