- High-profile role in the Leadership team for Coates South Business Unit, comprised of Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the attainment of the business unit revenue and budget, and driving excellence in sales leadership to maximise the selling performance of the sales team in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
- You will enjoy variety in your role including:_
- Engage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Regional Managers in implementing best practice sales initiatives and strategies across multiple States
- Nurture the talents of our sales’ team that spans strategic account management, major projects execution and our day-to-day customer interface
- Relentlessly drive the organisation’s growth strategy through the sales team ensuring alignment, engagement and maximum performance is achieved to realise our goals
- Lead the development and implementation of strong customer acquisition plans
- Embed strong professional disciplines in account planning and sales pursuits
- Continue to advance our customer’s experience, and
- Be a key member of the business unit leadership that promotes strong values and positive engagement

**What you will bring to the role**
- Relevant tertiary education is preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in Sales/major accounts management
- Proven experience in leading a large field sales force
