Our Client Success team is growing and we’re searching for a savvy full time Account Manager to join us. You’ll be reporting to our General Manager, with mentorship from our Head of Strategy.You will be the magical link between our clients and our internal team. You’ll have a passion for delivering impressive work, building real relationships and have an eye for opportunity mining with new and existing clients.

**What you will spend your time doing**:

- Being the voice of your clients in the agency
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
- Managing the delivery of on time and on budget digital projects and integrated campaigns
- Taking and giving briefs, synthesising information and requirements
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Having a broad strategic understanding of your clients and where they want to go
- Proactively identifying and solving problems before they arise, you’re a real troubleshooter
- Managing budgets and finances to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted extension of each team
- Rolling out a variety of Wordpress and campaign projects
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
- Communicate and identify areas of growth and opportunity
- Proactively recommend improvements in process and client success delivery
- Cultural contributor and an absolute advocate for our values
- Working with our Head of Strategy on new business pitches and opportunities
- Working with our client to create solid briefs with clear objectives and outcomes
- Developing project budgets, detailed scopes of work and timelines
- Being the link between our clients and our internal team to ensure the best outcomes possible.
- Ensuring that deliverables meet the expectations of the client and their business needs

**What you’ve got**:

- Client facing and stakeholder management experience
- Agency experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- The ability to scope and deliver digital and integrated campaign projects
- Digital experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- You live by the mantra that there is always a way and no is not an option
- Up to date with advertising best practices is an added bonus
- Team player - working with broader team & “Chip In” and help out their colleagues when they have capacity
- You know that whatever the question, solutions are always the best answer
- You believe there really is no “I” in team and; that collaborating with internal teams will deliver the best possible results for our clients

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
