**YOUR NEW ROLE**
We are looking for an energetic and highly organised individual to jump right in and support production to keep operations moving as smoothly as a nice glass of red On a strong and steady growth trajectory our client now has an opportunity for a motivated Production Administrator to dot the I’s and cross the T’s.

As the Production Administrator, you will love the variety of every day, which will see you:

- Process production related invoices, ensuring accuracy between quoted and invoiced cost.
- Coordinate dry goods requirements with suppliers and ensure delivery to production schedule
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of data for Production related records
- Assist with picking/packing of samples required for sales teams or production related samples.
- Barcode creation, testing submission and filing.
- Assist in the administration of export customer orders
- Registration of export stock and ensuring accurate filing of documentation.
- Working with the export team to ensure all order & registration requirements are met
- Receival of stock transfers, ensuring accuracy between documentation and reporting of any discrepancies.
- Assist marketing team with adhoc related tasks, including sample send outs
- Order Entry & Front Desk Support as required

- You comfortably manage fast paced administration requirements of a growing company
- You are highly motivated and VERY organised with excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and at times high pressure
- Above all you are confident in your ability and enjoy working as a part of a team towards continued success
