Administration Assistant - $34 + Super

Our client located at Seven Hills are a wholly family-owned Australian company, supplying flat laminated panels to a diverse range of industries. Due to internal movement an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced administrator with experience using MYOB Advanced. This is a fulltime temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right person.

**Duties will include -**
- Answering the phone and reception work- Customer Service- Arranging all freight - deliveries to customers & pickups from suppliers- Customer order entry & printing of internal production orders- Producing outgoing paperwork (delivery dockets)-
- Entering Bank Deposits daily- Managing COD Register- Organising and collecting lunches- General Filing- Collecting MailTo be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience
Minimum of 12-24 months Office experience- Experience using Microsoft Excel & Word- Some experience with MYOB Advanced would be of benefit but not essential- Experience organising couriers- Proven experience in a customer service role- Attention to detail- Superior communication skillsWorking hours - 8am-4.15pm, Monday-Friday
