An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced part-time Client Services Administrator to join a well-established financial planning business based in Norwood, in beautiful, well-appointed offices. Working closely with the Principal Adviser, you will play an integral role in the growth and success of this dynamic business.

The key focus of this role is to support the Principal Adviser with client-related and day to day administrative activities including:

- General administration and reception related duties.
- Making client appointments and follow-up phone calls.
- Liaise with external partners and financial institutions and update client information.
- Manage workflow in line with service standards and well-developed task management and business processes.
- Prepare client forms and other paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Proven experience in a client service administration role preferably within the financial planning or a finance-related industry.
- Good software skills and technical aptitude.
- Enjoy working in a small professional team and be exceptionally detail orientated.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive approach to work.

The position is for up to 30 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.
