The Environmental Services customer stream delivers Environmental Remediation, Demolition and Asbestos Removal, Industrial Services, Paint Blasting and Scaffolding projects across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Executive General Manager - Environmental Services. Your primary responsibility is to support the business with all administrative tasks. A key component of the role is collaboration with existing Business Unit Administrators who work alongside General Managers.

**About the role**:
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Prepare agenda, organise, and record & distribute minutes of meeting
- Draft all business communications including administering Workplace updates
- Coordinate pre
- employment and smooth onboarding formalities for new employees
- Manage and maintain qualifications and training of all personnel
- Maintain supplier agreements, insurance documentation and onboarding of new suppliers and contractors
- Process invoices, goods receipts and raise purchase orders
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for leadership team
- Manage and organise business events and planning for the stream
- Reviews and complete expense claims in accordance with Company policy
**About you**:
- Experience using Project Management platforms such as Pronto XI, Procore, Aconex and Adobe (or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Experience managing and handling confidential matters and information.
- Proven experience managing project financials, debtors, and creditors
- Experience developing internal processes and documentation systems
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
- Previous experience in building and construction services sector would be advantageous but not essential
