Established in 2008, our client is a reputable, boutique financial planning practice located in Norwood, in beautiful, well-appointed offices.

The practice is led by an award winning, highly credentialed Financial Planner, with 25 year’s experience in the financial services industry. He has built a reputation for best practice advice, customer centricity and long-term client relationships, which has resulted in continued organic growth through existing client referrals.

**About the role**

The Client Service Administrator role is for someone who enjoys a diverse range of duties and is highly client service focused. Reporting directly to the Principal Adviser you will be assisting in setting up new clients, servicing existing clients and managing the end-to-end administration of client portfolios.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- General administration
- Making client appointments and follow up phone calls.
- Prepare review packs in preparation for the client reviews.
- Prepare advice information packs in preparation for client presentation meetings.
- Preparation of information required for client strategy meetings.
- Data entry into X-Plan ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Provide administrative support including writing and responding to correspondence, collecting information and initiating client communication.
- Prepare client forms, agreements and other paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with external partners and financial institutions and update client information.
- Manage workflow in line with service standards and business processes.
- Assist with organisational compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems with proactive process improvement.

**Skills and experience required**:

- 1 - 2 year’s in a Client Service Administrator/Officer role, or proven success in a finance-related administration role.
- Experience using X-Plan preferred but not essential.
- Enjoy working in a small professional team and be exceptionally detail orientated.
- Have intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Be presentable, positive, bright, happy and outgoing, ensuring the best impression to clients and telephone callers at all times.
- Display a high level of confidentiality in interactions with clients.
