Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients throughout the engagement process.

Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client services in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a client services role, preferably within a professional services environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proven ability to handle and resolve client enquiries and issues effectively.

Experience liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) in previous roles is essential.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
